You only need to put {itpsharepoint} somewhere in articles or template code. That indicates the place where will be rendered the buttons.
You are able to choose from famed social network - Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus One, Tumblr, Reddit, SumbleUpon, Digg, LinkedIn, Pinterest, BufferApp... You also can use own code, which will be displayed with the other ones.
This plugin is an easy way for adding social media widgets in extensions, where it is difficult to use plugins like ITPShare or ITPFloatingShare.
