Fees for our services will be set out in our written agreement. All payments are due as stipulated in our invoice terms.

All materials provided by IT Prism, including software code, graphics, and designs, are owned by us or our partners. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sale is strictly prohibited.
Both parties agree not to disclose information designated as confidential. The client agrees to protect any software or access provided as they would their confidential information.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to rectify such breach within 30 days of receiving notice of the breach.
9. Warranty and Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT Prism and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If parties fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, they agree to seek resolution through arbitration in Pakistan.
